Participants are to make their own hotel reservations at the JW Marriott Atlanta Buckhead. SMI has reserved a limited number of rooms in a room block.

Rate: $259.00 + Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 16.5% plus a $5.00 per night State of Georgia Hotel Motel fee) in effect at the time of check out.

JW Marriott CANCELLATION POLICY: 72 hours prior to arrival

If a guest cancels the reservation later than 72 hours prior to check in day and time, the credit card on file will be charged a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax. Guest will also be required to pay one night’s room and tax if the Guest departs one or more nights earlier than indicated on the reservation, this early departure fee will be waived if the Guest advises Hotel of the change in departure date at check in.
