Deadline to register and make hotel reservations: Friday, May 9, 2025
Hotel Cancellation Policy: if you need to cancel your room reservation, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your arrival to avoid cancellation fees.
Participants are to make their own hotel reservations at the Westin Stonebriar Resort. SMI has reserved a limited number of rooms in a room block.
Rate: $279.00 + Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes, which are currently 15.27%.
Deadline date: Reservation deadline is Friday, May 9.
Any reservations made after the deadline date shall be at the contracted room rate if Hotel has rooms available for sale.
To confirm a reservation, guests must provide a valid credit card to which the reservation will be guaranteed.

Parking at the Westin Stonebriar Resort:
Self-parking is complimentary. Overnight valet parking is $25.00 plus tax and day use valet parking is $15.00 plus tax.
