Rate: $259.00 + Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes, which are currently 15.27%. Please note that the resort fee is waived, however the price will display as $284.00 on the web page.
Deadline date: Reservation deadline is Wednesday, April 1. Any reservations made after the deadline date shall be at the contracted room rate and ONLY if Hotel has rooms available for sale.
To confirm a reservation, guests must provide a valid credit card to which the reservation will be guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy:48 hours prior to arrival. The cancellation policy for the Westin Stonebriar (also known as The Westin Dallas Stonebriar Golf Resort & Spa) is a 48-hour notice required for a full refund; meaning you must cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival to avoid charges.

Participants are to make their own hotel reservations at the Westin Stonebriar Resort. SMI has reserved a limited number of rooms in a room block.
