Rate: $260.00 + Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes.
Deadline date: Reservation deadline is September 18, 2026. Any reservations made after the deadline date shall be at the contracted room rate and ONLY if Hotel has rooms available for sale.
To confirm a reservation, guests must provide a valid credit card to which the reservation will be guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy: 72 hours prior to arrival. The cancellation policy for the Grand Hyatt is a 72-hour notice required for a full refund; meaning you must cancel your reservation at least 72 hours before your scheduled arrival to avoid charges.

Participants are to make their own hotel reservations at the Grand Hyatt. SMI has reserved a limited number of rooms in a room block.
